Dr Temi Ajayi welcomes you to West St. Paul Medical Clinic. It has always been the honour of his life to have his patients entrust him with their health, and he is delighted to be part of their health journey.
Dr Ajayi has been practising medicine since 2008, after completing his studies at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He relocated to the United Kingdom in 2015 and practised in Wales. The National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) awarded him the prestigious Academic Clinical Fellowship in General Practice. Through this fellowship, he completed his residency and specialist training in Academic General Practice in Leicester in 2020 with a Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). This fellowship culminated in a Master of Research Degree in Clinical Sciences from the University of Leicester in 2021.
In 2022, he relocated to Manitoba, Canada, with a Certificate from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). He practised as an Academic Family Physician at Easton Place Clinic, Selkirk, until early 2025. Currently, he holds a non-salaried appointment as a Lecturer in Family Medicine with the University of Manitoba, where he teaches medical students and resident doctors, who he clinically supervises.
In 2024, he enrolled at McGill University and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management (GCHM) to improve his managerial skills. Dr. Ajayi is very particular about instituting personalized healthcare and health promotion with a holistic approach to improve health outcomes. As you would see in the clinic space, he firmly believes in Hippocrates’ philosophy of ‘’cure sometimes, treat often, comfort always’’.
Dr Jenny Wilson is excited to join the team at West St Paul Medical Clinic and looks forward to caring for her patients and the community in this dynamic and nurturing environment. Jenny graduated from the University of Cape Town Medical School in South Africa in 1999 and began her clinical practice as the new millennium dawned, completing a further Postgraduate Diploma in Child Health.
In 2002 she relocated to Manitoba, Canada, practicing as a family physician in Brandon before moving to Portage la Prairie to pursue emergency medicine. As part of the team in Portage la Prairie they provided relief cover to the community of Carman, as well as up north in the communities of Thompson and The Pas, communities that she still feels a deep connection to.
She returned to Cape Town, South Africa at the end of 2006 to start a family. She joined a group family practice close to home before establishing and opening a multi-disciplinary group practice, by amalgamating the two large family practices in the area. While continuing clinical practice she served as Managing Partner from the time of opening of Intercare Century City in 2015 until she returned to Manitoba in 2022. The practice formed part of a national network of medical, dental and surgical centres and she served as a member of the national group’s Clinical Advisory Committee and later as a member of the national group’s Business Advisory Committee.
In 2019 the family embarked on a Trans-Canadian vacation, forming a deep connection with The Interlake. They have been happy to call the region home since 2022. She joined the Easton Place Medical Clinic in Selkirk, where she worked until 2025, when she left to join Dr Ajayi and the Team at West St Paul.
Jenny feels privileged to form deep and long-lasting connections with her patients and families.
Dr. Oluwafemi Faluyi joins the clinic with nearly two decades of medical experience across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He obtained his MD degree from the University of Lagos in 2007 and proceeded to complete a Fellowship in Community Health, FWACP(CommH), in 2016 with the West African College of Physicians in 2016.
He relocated to the United Kingdom in 2017 where he completed his residency in Family Medicine earning a Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) in 2024. Due to his desire to explore new challenges, he moved to Manitoba after obtaining a Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) in 2025 and has since been practising as a Family Physician at the West St. Paul Medical Clinic. He is passionate about helping people stay healthy through prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, and feels privileged to support the well-being of individuals and families in the Manitoba.
