Manitoba Health covers the expense of eligible services referred to as Insured Services.

Services not covered by Manitoba Health are called Non-Insured Services and the patient is responsible for any expense.

Payment for Non-Insured Services must be made before forms are sent out.

Insured Services

Routine check-ups
Walk-in clinic for acute concerns
Childhood immunization
Flu & Seasonal vaccination
Pre-operative assessment
Health screenings
Management of chronic conditions
Annual physical examination
Screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
Adult Vaccinations
Prenatal and Postnatal Care
Urine Dipstick
Urine Pregnancy Test
Rapid Strep Throat Test
Rapid Strep Throat Test
Covid Rapid Antigen Testing
Minor office procedures, including:

  • Ear syringing
  • Wart treatment
  • Joint injections
  • Pap smears
